My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for a short 4-day trip to visit family. We got an apartment that also came with breakfast. The hotel is nestled in Koramangala amongst residential houses but tucked away from the main road so it provides privacy. The first thing that strikes you when you check in is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They are very courteous, respectful, and always there to help you with your needs in a proactive manner. The room was very comfortable and clean. It comes with a living room and balcony, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. It is spacious and very well equipped with necessary amenities. The room is stocked with clean water in sealed bottles which is topped up everyday. Breakfast comprises a spread of local and international dishes. The local fare is something I would strongly recommend as the variety is nothing short of amazing, and very tasty. The staff at the Verandah (cafe where breakfast is served) are eager to serve and they will also recommend dishes that may not be on the buffet menu but can be ordered for the chef to dish out. The hotel also has a spa that has a range of services ranging from Swedish massage to the traditional Indian massages. Again something I would strongly recommend.

Cleanliness of the facility, attentive staff. Excellent response to our needs with top-notch care. Right after our check-in, we received an automated email from the hotel to evaluate the check-in process. We also felt that the hotel was willing to catch and improve even small issues, both in terms of technology and manpower. As a parting gift, we were also pleased to receive a fine soap made by socially vulnerable women (as explained to us by the manager). It was heartwarming to know that someone in a position of corporate authority made a decision with the welfare of society in mind and provided quality, practical gift to the guests. (As a parent, it gave me the opportunity to explain to my child what an ideal leadership looks like.. so thank you fot that.) We'll definitely revisit the premise if we were in the area.

A bonus that the rooms are studio apartments, very spacious with dining table, kitchenette, large lounge area and big bedroom. Minimal utensils, pans and crockery in kitchenette but more could be requested from Reception. Generous supply of safe water in the room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A quiet environment in a side road - we had views of trees from our balcony. Beds very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is an amazing Property. I’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff - Sushmita and Anirban have been fabulous! They go out of their way to make the hues feel comfortable. These are mostly ensuite rooms and are impeccably clean, well stocked and aesthetic. it’s situated in leafy Koramanagala so the views are lovely - also, you have so many restaurants and cafés nearby!

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable with all facilities that I required for my stay. Snacks were brought up to my room and a gift offered to me upon departing which was a nice gesture.
